The 388gam Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Pakistan Player

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is important for interpreting your rights and obligations as a 388gam account holder.

• "388gam" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the 388gam platform at 388gam.bet, holding a valid international gambling licence.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a 388gam account or is accessing the 388gam platform in any capacity.

• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credited amount that is not derived from a real-money deposit and is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required of all 388gam account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to the 388gam platform and all associated services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you confirm that all of the following conditions apply to you at the time of registration and continue to apply for the duration of your membership.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a 388gam account or place any wager on the platform. 388gam takes age verification seriously. Any player who provides false information regarding their age during registration will have their account immediately and permanently closed. Any PKR balance held in the account at the time of closure will be subject to review and may be withheld in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Registration Accuracy

All information provided during 388gam account registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), your date of birth, your registered Pakistan mobile number, and your email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one 388gam account only. This policy applies regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or household used to register. Creating a second account — whether to circumvent a self-exclusion, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other purpose — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 388gam reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a duplicated membership and to forfeit any associated balances without further notice.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 388gam login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any third party. 388gam accepts no liability for losses or account issues arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

Two-Factor Authentication

388gam strongly recommends that all Pakistan players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA is available from your account security settings and provides a critical additional layer of protection by requiring a one-time SMS code sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number in addition to your standard login credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC)

388gam is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC or passport) and may also require proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. 388gam reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed may have withdrawals suspended until the verification process is finalised.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 388gam reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of 500 PKR per month to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from any real-money PKR balance held in the account, until either the balance reaches zero or the account holder logs back in and resumes activity. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All 388gam deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform.

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT Bank Transfer (from major Pakistan banks including HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), and QR code payment.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the 388gam cashier.
• 388gam does not charge platform-side fees on standard PKR deposits. Processing fees applied by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the depositing player.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC identity verification on their 388gam account.
• All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method-specific routing rules. 388gam may request additional verification before releasing withdrawal payments above 50,000 PKR.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours on business days.
• 388gam reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours if there are reasonable grounds for a security or compliance review of the account.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited automatically upon a withdrawal request.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the 388gam platform — including sports bets, casino game rounds, live dealer bets, Cockfighting wagers, and Jackpot Slots spins — are subject to the following general rules as well as any specific rules applicable to the individual game or betting market.

• Once a wager is confirmed by the 388gam system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to review all bet details before confirmation.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of cards dealt or the wheel spin as recorded by the live video feed. 388gam accepts no liability for technical disruptions to live streams that do not affect the physical game outcome.
• Sportsbook wagers are subject to the specific rules of the applicable betting market, including settlement rules for abandoned matches, postponed events, and void bets. Where an event is cancelled without a result, wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• 388gam reserves the right to void any wager placed at an obviously incorrect price resulting from a platform error, human error, or data feed failure. Affected players will be notified and their stakes returned.
• Maximum stake limits apply to certain 388gam betting markets and game categories. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at 388gam's discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

388gam offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Pakistan players. All such offers are subject to the specific bonus terms communicated at the point of promotion, as well as the following general bonus terms which apply universally across the 388gam platform.

• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are held separately from their real-money PKR balance. Real money is wagered first; bonus funds are used only once the real-money balance reaches zero, subject to game contribution rules.
• All 388gam bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be fulfilled before any funds derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• 388gam reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to a player's account if there is evidence that the promotion is being abused, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus conditions.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 388gam platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the 388gam platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or sports betting context.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical malfunctions to place wagers at prices or odds that are clearly in error.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the 388gam platform in connection with any criminal activity. 388gam is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious account activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or KYC.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits without first contacting 388gam support to resolve the matter through the standard dispute process.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to conceal your true location in order to access 388gam from a jurisdiction where the service is restricted.

8 Responsible Gaming

388gam is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistan players. The following tools and policies form part of the 388gam responsible gaming framework and are available to every account holder free of charge.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous play session duration. 388gam will display a notification as the session limit approaches and terminate the active session upon expiry.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net PKR outcome during the current session are available from account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via the responsible gaming section of their account. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A structured short-term break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days is available without requiring full self-exclusion.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 388gam platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 388gam or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 388gam platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any 388gam content. Any unauthorised use of 388gam intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388gam's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money PKR deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

388gam accepts no liability for: (a) any loss of profits or winnings; (b) any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform; (c) interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service failures; (d) losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

388gam makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable via the 388gam website or registered email addresses.

11 Privacy & Data

388gam collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a 388gam account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 388gam includes registration information (name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, email address), identity verification documents, transaction records, and platform usage data. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support purposes. 388gam does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

388gam reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 388gam will notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the 388gam platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact 388gam support to discuss the closure of your account and the withdrawal of any outstanding PKR balance.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388gam holds its international gambling licence. In the event of a dispute between a Pakistan player and 388gam, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the 388gam customer support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution service designated by the 388gam licensing authority. The decision of the designated arbitration body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
